Our journey begins with carefully selected ripe bananas from Thailand. Instead of rushing the process, the bananas are slowly solar-dried to develop their naturally sweet flavour and satisfyingly chewy texture.
We then pair them with distinctive coatings such as Japanese matcha, transforming a familiar fruit into something unexpectedly delicious. Each banana is individually wrapped to help preserve freshness and make smarter snacking convenient wherever the day takes you.
